Welcome to our Tuesday & Thursday edition.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we dive into a certain tactic or piece of advice that an entrepreneur is using (or has used) to scale it’s business.

It could be anything from advice, resources they've used or general knowledge that can help you in your business journey.

Lets get into it!

Now, it may shock you to hear that your business doesn’t matter…

AT ALL.

But the fact of the matter is,

It was never about how “great” your product is,

or how it was made from the best “material”,

and how “cool” your website looks.

Heck I’ll go a little further..

Its not even about you either!

Don’t believe me?

If not me, then maybe you’ll believe this man.

Ill give you a hint, he owns a small company named Amazon…

Its Jeff Bezos.

And as to why you and your product are virtually irrelevant…

Well, I’ll let you hear it from the man himself:

“Leaders start with customer and work backwards. They work vigorously to earn and keep customer trust. Although leaders pay attention to competitors, they obsess over customers.” - Jeff Bezos

You see, products are cool, prices are cool, colors are cool, but they should not be your main focus.

Your MAIN focus should be about your CUSTOMERS.

What they want, need, desire, and care about should be what you obsess over.

In simpler word,

CUSTOMER OBSESSION

Just remember that next time you start going into the rabbit hole of business customization.

Would you rather be 1998 Bezos or 2017 Bezos…
