📝 Case Study: Sponge Bob???
Today SpongeBob will teach you how to make $10B
I know, that sounds crazy, but read on to see what I mean.
Some of you may have heard of Tom Kearney, the voice actor of SpongeBob.
Despite what most of you might be thinking, he is not the guy we’re talking about today.
Today well be discussing a different sponge.
Now this guy wasn’t into cartoons, but he loved sports…
The problem was, HE SUCKED… TERRIBLY.

So bad to the point where he still talks about sucking in sports to this day a decade later.
Even though sports didn’t work out for him when he was younger,
It was when he failed in sports that his life would forever change.
He took that same determination in sports, even though he was an eyesore to watch,
And he put it towards entrepreneurship.
He started from making a humble $25,000 selling skis at 15,
To now making $10B+ annually, owning the 76er’s, the new jersey devils hockey team,
and founded the world’s largest sports collectables retailer, Fanatics
His name….
Michael Rubin.

Yes, the little guy with James Harden, Tom Brady and Devin Booker.
And he achieved all of that by simply doing one thing…
BEING A SPONGE.
As crazy as this sounds, you should be a sponge too,
And I’ll tell you why.
Michael knew that he couldn’t do anything on his own,
In fact any serious business owner or entrepreneur knows this quote:
“Your network is your net worth.”
So to think you can still be a loner in the business world… according to Michael, that’d be straight foolishness:
“Relationships are everything. If you build great relationships, you can make a lot of great things happen.” - Michael Rubin
If you really think about it, it all makes sense.
What do sponges do? They soak up (knowledge) in this case…
And when squeezed, what’s in them will come out (knowledge).
The same applies to business, not necessarily in the work itself, but in the company you keep,
which is half the battle.
When you hang around time efficient, hard-working, like-minded entrepreneurs, at some point,
You will take in their character, and when it’s time to perform, those characteristics you gained
will help you to become a top entrepreneur making millions.
And vice versa….
Mess around and hangout with “seemingly” good friends, when all they do is party, drink,
Go out and waste money on things that don’t matter, when they could be building wealth….
It’s only a matter of time before you become the same way.
So be cautious of who you keep around.
Because they will make or break not just your business, But your entire life….
Now,
As far as how to curate your friend group or inner circle?
Read below to see the actionable steps you can take to make fiends that will push you forward, instead of bring you down. ⬇️

💭 Actionable Tip

4 Steps to create a stronger inner circle:
Take an hour out of your day and figure out what you want your life to look like. (Be extremely specific and detailed).
Make a list of all your friends and think on their actions, morals, and mindsets.
EVERY ONE that doesn’t push you to those goals you made in step 1…. Create a respectful distance.
Read tools and resources below for books and links to morph your mindset into what it needs to be to choose the right friends, and become a disciplined money making machine.
